In our Barre So Hard bootcamp, we will be starting a BRAND NEW program that will be released in December 2019 for VIP Access that is everything you love from a traditional barre class- but with cardio intervals and some light weight training thrown in, PLUS sustainable nutrition plans to help you get some incredible results! On top of all that, you’ll be included in an amazingly empowering community where we’ll all be supporting each other!
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
- This 6 week program has 40 full-body workouts that include high-rep, small-range movements and isometric holds; as well as compound, full-range exercises, targeted core work, and dynamic stretches.
- Each workout is 30-40 minutes, and includes light weight training and cardio intervals to keep your heart rate up so you can burn maximum calories and fat.
- You DO NOT need dance or ballet experience, and this program is perfect for all fitness levels. There is a modifier AND an intensifier for each move, so you can do the program at your own pace!
- This program also focuses on strengthening your MIND- there are daily motivation cards to help you cultivate a positive mindset every day.
- You will also get a nutrition plan that aligns perfectly to not only the program, but also your goals! But don’t worry- we don’t do die-iting here.

- 2 Prep Workouts to introduce you to the program, PLUS a prep calendar to get ready to the program!
- Unique Workouts- there are 4 phases with 5 workouts in each. Elise ups the intensity every 2 weeks, and each workout is DIFFERENT!
- 5 Bonus Workouts- these 10 minute workouts up the intensity and target specific body parts! Can you say #BOOTYGAINS?!
- 3 Recovery Workouts- these are going to be necessary because you WILL be sore!
- I AM Daily Motivation Cards- Elise pulls one of these cards before each workout and bases the workout on the card. You can use them yourself to stay motivated through the program- and even use them in your morning routine!
- Access to our “Netflix of Workouts” for a year- so that even when you’re done with barre, you have over 50 more to choose from! This isnt just a “one and done” bootcamp- this is just the beginning!
- Full access to our Barre So Hard community in a private app- This is where we post daily to check in with you, offer inspiration and motivation, and help hold you accountable! This is also where other people on our team log workouts and track their shakes! Being able to see other people complete their hurdles for the day motivates the HECK out of you to crush yours!
- 1:1 Coaching- I am there with you anytime and EVERYTIME you need it- whether it be to answer questions, deliver motivation, or get you off your butt in a slump! Were hustling together!
